How can I update my payment Information?

You can update your payment information right online:

  1. Sign in to My Account (myaccount.peoplepc.com) and click Billing Information.
  2. Chat online with a live Support representative Chat Now

 

What is the "Simultaneous Usage" charge listed on my invoice?

Simultaneous usage occurs when two or more computers connect to the Internet using the same PeoplePC account at the same time.

For example, let's say you have your connection set up on your home computer and your laptop computer. While surfing the Net on your laptop while on a business trip, your son signs in to your account from home.

Simultaneous usage is not included in your regular monthly service fee, so you are charged for the extra access. See Section 6 of our Internet Terms and Services for further information.

 

Why was there an additional $15 charge on my statement?

PeoplePC charges a $15 account reactivation fee for any electronic payments that could not be paid due to insufficient funds.

When do I receive my monthly invoice for PeoplePC membership?

Your invoice is sent to your PeoplePC email address within 3 days of your billing date.

I have a question about my monthly invoice. Where can I get more information?

For more information about your billing, sign in to My Account (myaccount.peoplepc.com) and click Billing Information.

How do I avoid telephone charges?

Check with your phone company to make sure that the Internet access number you're using is a local, free, call. 

PeoplePC is not responsible for any telephone charges you may incur while connecting to the Internet.

What methods can I use to pay for my PeoplePC account?

You can pay with a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. Or have your payments automatically deducted each month from your checking account (monthly billing plans only).

When will I be billed?

You will be billed each month on the anniversary date of your enrollment. If you pre-pay for your Internet access, you will be charged at the end of any free trial period.

Will I get a bill in the mail or via email?

You will receive an invoice to your PeoplePC email address.

Your payment will be automatic. Depending on how you set up your account, either your credit card or checking account will be charged.

How can I update my credit card or checking account information?

Sign in to My Account (myaccount.peoplepc.com) and click Billing Information.
