Importing Contacts into Web Mail

If you use Outlook Express or Windows Mail, you can use Simple Switch to import your contacts.

If you'd rather not use Simple Switch, you can export your contacts as a CSV file, then import that file using the steps on this page.

Once you have a CSV file of your contacts, read below for instructions on importing those contacts to Web Mail.

Importing your contact file to Web Mail

From the Web Mail Address Book, click the Import Contacts link. Click Choose File to choose the CSV file you previously exported.

Handling duplicate contacts

Choose whether to add separate contacts for all duplicates or ignore duplicates.

If you are not sure how you want to handle duplicate accounts, we recommend selecting Add separate contacts for all duplicates.

Select the Import Address Book button to start the process. A indicator will show you that your file is being imported.

When the import is complete, you will return to your Web Mail Address Book, where you will see a summary of the import process.
